ArtemisAgent (Artemis) Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form an agreement between you and 420.COMPANY regarding your use of Artemis (“Artemis”, the “App”, listed on TikTok as “ArtemisAgent”), covering the Artemis desktop application (macOS and Windows), the Artemis website (play.420.company), and related licensing and community services. By accessing or using Artemis, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms; if you do not agree, do not use Artemis.
1. Description of Service
Artemis is an AI creation and desktop assistant product provided by 420.COMPANY, together with online services for accounts, licensing, device binding, subscription verification, work showcasing, and publishing to third-party platforms.
2. Accounts and Registration
Some Artemis features require an account. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be of the legal age to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction (and at least 14 years old) to use Artemis.
3. Licenses and Devices
Artemis licenses are governed by registration number, payment status, admin-issued license keys, and device policy. Licenses are for your own use and may not be resold or shared; devices exceeding the limit may be blocked automatically or manually.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Artemis, including but not limited to: cracking, reverse engineering, or circumventing licensing; attacking, disrupting, or gaining unauthorized access to the service; uploading unlawful, infringing, or malicious content; or using Artemis for any purpose that violates applicable law or third-party platform rules. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
5. Third-Party Integrations (incl. TikTok)
When you connect a third-party platform (such as TikTok) in Artemis, you must comply with that platform’s own terms. Artemis obtains, via official OAuth, only the permissions you explicitly authorize, used solely for actions you initiate (such as uploading videos you select to your own TikTok drafts). Your relationship with third-party platforms is governed by their terms, and Artemis is not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party platforms.
6. Intellectual Property
The Artemis software, brand, marks, and its contents are owned by 420.COMPANY or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly granted in these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
7. User Content
You are responsible for content you create, upload, or publish in Artemis, and you represent that you have the necessary rights. You retain ownership of your content; to operate and display the relevant features, you grant Artemis a limited license to store and process that content within the service.
8. Disclaimers
Artemis is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Artemis does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 420.COMPANY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use Artemis.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Artemis if you violate these Terms. You may also stop using Artemis and delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will remain in effect.
11. Changes to These Terms
Artemis may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date on this page and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Continued use of Artemis after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
